African Starlore Art for Stellarium
The art works were created by Suki Lock based on the information supplied by Auke Slotegraaf. They were modified using inputs and information from Themba Matomela, Thembela Mantungwa and Mdumiseni Nxumalo. The project was initiated by Sivuyile Manxoyi after having discussions with Prof Jarita Holbrook and Prof Kevin Snedegar on African Cultural astronomy.
If you want to add these images to Stellarium on your computer, please download the constellation art file, unzip it and follow the instructions you’ll find in the unzipped folder.
