The Globular Cluster, 47 Tucanae
Another good target for a ST5 CCD camera on an undriven 4½" telescope, is the 2nd brightest Globular Cluster in the night sky, 47 Tucanae, easily visible to the naked eye, shining at magnitude 4.5.
This one second exposure with the CCD at -24°C, revealed enough detail of the hart of the cluster without causing the star images to trail.
